 I recently bought Verizon Wireless' mobile data service with the Verizon Wireless PC5220 PC-Card, but the Venturi software wasn't in the package. Is Venturi compatible with this service?

Yes: Venturi is compatible with your new wireless data service. To get Venturi up-and-running on your computer, you will need to upgrade to version
2.3 of Mobile Connection Manager.

Please perform the following steps when upgrading:
 

1.

 Download the entire update to your system, do not run it from this Web site while connected.
     
  2. Disconnect from the wireless network before running the update.
     
  3. Run the update.
 
  4. After the 5220 update is complete, run the activation wizard from the Mobile Connection Manager "Settings" menu to finalize the update.
