 When using Venturi Version 1.8 or lower, is it normal for the "V" icon in my system tray to disappear shortly after loading?

 This issue was only detected in Venturi Versions 1.8 and lower. Since these versions are no longer supported, please contact your service provider directly to obtain an upgrade.
