Forsbrand Telecom and Venturi Wireless Deliver European-first Hosted Wireless Data Optimization Offering

Companies Partner to Bring Affordable Mobile Broadband Data Services Optimization to European Mobile Operator Community

SUNNYVALE, Calif.—October 1 , 2007—Forsbrand Telecom and Venturi Wireless today announced an agreement to provide European mobile operators with a hosted option for enhancing their mobile broadband data service offerings. The new hosted service, which will be available during the fourth quarter of 2007 enables mobile operators to quickly improve their subscribers’ mobile broadband data experience while allowing the operator to avoid costly capital investment.

Forsbrand Telecom is leveraging Venturi Wireless’ technological expertise in wireless data optimization to further enhance the speed, consistency and coverage of the existing 2.5G and 3G wireless data services offered by European mobile operators. Forsbrand Telecom has built and operates its own data optimization infrastructure, thereby allowing the company to offer the Venturi-enabled data optimization capability to mobile operators as an affordable monthly service.
