PUERTO RICO, February 4, 2003 -- Verizon Wireless PR, the Island's premier wireless communications provider, announced today the launching of Express Network high-speed data services with the most accessible data capabilities in Puerto Rico.

Access to the World Wide Web through a wireless phone or laptop computer is attained by using the compact-sized Sierra AirCard®, a self-installed wireless modem designed to fit laptop computers or PDA's.
