Venturi solutions consist of the Venturi server (V3000 Carrier edition and V100e Enterprise edition) and the VClient, which resides on the user's laptop or handheld device. The VClient supports a broad range of mobile platforms and devices, including Windows OS, Windows Smartphones, Windows Pocket PC and Mac OS. Technology

Venturi Wireless' solutions are based on our Adaptive Airlink Optimization™, which addresses the inherent inefficiencies of TCP - a protocol designed for wired, not wireless, data transport. The technology uses our patented Venturi Transport Protocol, or VTP, developed specifically for wireless networks by overcoming high-latency and high-packet loss issues in wireless data transport. VTP optimizes all TCP applications, including Web (HTTP/HTTPS), email and FTP. VTP adapts to airlink conditions by adjusting packet rate transmission on a session-by-session basis, offering vast improvements in performance, reliability, network efficiency and coverage over compression-centric solutions.
